March Club Night – Smocking

This month, we’re going to learn smocking.

Not the ‘pretty dress’ smocking you may have worn as a child.

We’re going to learn to do the sort of smocking which really manipulates the fabric, with no obvious stitches!

We’re going to learn to sew a lozenge pattern, one of the simpler designs, so that we can complete a project in an evening.

Club night is on March 23rd at 8pm on Zoom.  A box, containing everything you need to do a practice piece and a ‘proper’ piece (which could be turned into a cushion later), plus instructions etc  costs £18, including UK postage.  To join us, click the box below by March 17th.

If you’d like to join in, but provide your own materials, click the button below.  I’ll email you with details of how to pay – this option costs £6.

See you on March 23rd!
